I just loved this hotel. It's proximity to Temple Bar and Grafton Streets made it a breeze to go to the hot spots via a short walk while not sleeping in the midst of the chaos of those areas. The Library bar was cool, though, not well attended. The Exchequer restaurant next door had some of the best food we had during our stay in Ireland. The hotel itself was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. We stayed in their family room with 4 adults and a baby and we were quite comfortable. The beds are fantastic. I slept better here than at home.

I have stayed at the Central Hotel several times. Location is second to none, very close to Grafton Street. The staff are excellent, very friendly. They always give me a quiet room which is much appreciated. The last room I had was particularly nice, bathroom very spacious.

The Best things of Central Hotel are the people: a first-rate staff. Niki and Indira of the front desk were courteous and effective. Niki was always smiling and amazingly energetic with all the work she performed. Also the blonde woman (from Roscommon, apologies that I forgot the name) in the morning shift. Patrick from America was a hard worker and pleasant. Also the Romanian night shift man. The young housekeeping woman that did my room (403) and left cute animal shaped towels was extremely hard working.
